For Audri, wellness didn’t start as a routine. It started as a way to rebuild, to feel better, and to create stability and strength in her own life.
Balancing a demanding corporate career and single motherhood, it often felt like wellness required tradeoffs, like she had to pick and choose what she could realistically sustain. But she wanted it all, and believed other people should be able to have it all too. So she went deeper.
Training across Pilates, Lagree, yoga, and strength, and earning certifications including RYT200 and CPT through organizations like NASM and Equinox, she experienced both the power of these methods when used in harmony, and how difficult it was to access them in one place.

Founding COO + nutrition science
Andi is a holistic nutritionist specializing in gut health, hormones, and blood sugar balance. She believes nutrition is one of the most powerful tools for restoring balance and supporting long term health. At Harlé, Andi serves as Founding COO, working alongside our founder on operations, strategic growth, partnerships, and nutrition programming. She helps shape the nutrition philosophy behind the platform and the overall member experience.

Yoga
With over 18 years of experience teaching yoga, Linda brings deep expertise to Harlé, helping members improve mobility, support recovery, and cultivate mental clarity through practices rooted in tradition.

Pilates + Sculpt
Dual-certified in Pilates and barre, Brooklyn guides Harlé members in building strength, stability, and control through precise, low-impact movement, with support at every step.

As a HYROX athlete and dual certified Pilates and sculpt instructor, Emily delivers sessions designed to build strength, endurance, and definition through targeted, high-intent movement.

As an Ironman and HYROX athlete, personal trainer, and mental health advocate, Levi brings firsthand experience to Harlé, helping members elevate their fitness through intelligent programming that balances challenge and support.

Sullivan is a competitive endurance athlete with a passion for all things active. He coaches strength training rooted in sustainable programming, functional power, and aesthetics, helping Harlé members build strength that performs and lasts.

The Harlé Foundation exists to support mental health through both access and action.Wellness doesn’t start as optimization for most people. It starts as a way to rebuild, to find stability, and to feel better.
That belief is what drives our commitment.We partner with organizations doing meaningful work in mental health, beginning with NAMI. Each year, we donate a percentage of Harlé’s profits to support education, advocacy, and access to care.
We also provide one year of complimentary Harlé memberships to beneficiaries within our partner organizations, offering expert-led movement, breathwork, and structured wellness support.
This is how we extend Harlé beyond the platform. Not just as a brand, but as a system of support.
